How dose MSM work in the body?

MSM is used by the body by lending sulphur to complete numerous (some 300) internal chemical reactions in order to naturally support health where it has been proven to help with inflammatory conditions. What is the dose of pure Methyl Sulphonyl Methane (MSM)?

Daily dose for horses of average bodyweight 500 Kg:

• 1-3 grams as a general dose
• 6-12 grams for ease of movement or for other minor inflammatory conditions

Daily dose for dogs:

Clinical studies show a higher dose of up to 20 grams (per 500 Kg) administered to horses improved lameness scores and also showed no change in blood chemistry.
